A.B. Ware

All Veterans are treated equally here at Life As I Know It. Peace time or War time makes no nevermind to the editors and writing staff here. Those editors and writing staff being me.

Military duty is flat out dangerous. Period. Anyone who serve's is a real life action Hero.

That being said, there are some Veterans who become Hero's among the Heros. Ladies and Gentlemen... I am proud to annouce
our second Bronze Star Recipient.

                                      A.B. Ware

Mr. Ware, along with previously listed PFC Moore, didn't just pick up their Star at the nearest costume shop. They are not for sell, but you do pay a heavy price for having one.

Mr. Ware, a husband and father of two childen, was thirty four and past the age of the draft. He enlisted. Some might say he joined up to fight even though he had a family. My guess is that he entered the fight BECAUSE he had a family.

That fight is now referred to as World War II. Mr. Ware was part of the D-Day Normandy Invasion. Enough said right there; but his unit was also ambushed later and he was wounded. Losing his leg.
He made it home, but continued to suffer from the pain of his injury.

Mr. Ware, I salute you, and thank you for
              your sevice to our County,
